Q: How do I place an order?

- Please send us your inquiry including product name, specifications, quantity, and destination port (for FOB/CIF/CFR quotes)
- We will provide a formal quotation with lead time
- Upon confirmation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with our bank details
- Production commences after receipt of payment
- We will confirm the consignee details with you before shipping
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and MoneyGram. For large orders, we can arrange 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery.

A: Our minimum order quantity starts from 1 piece. Please note that pricing becomes significantly more competitive with larger volumes.
Q: What are your lead times?
A: Lead times depend on the product and order quantity. For standard items like fiber optic patch cords (up to 5,000 pcs), production typically takes 2-3 business days. We maintain stock for regular products and can accommodate urgent requests.
Q: Can I request a sample?
A: Yes. Samples for products valued under $10 USD are complimentary; the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which must be settled prior to dispatch.
Q: Can you quote FOB prices?
A: Certainly. We provide FOB quotes and can ship via air (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx) or sea for bulk orders. Once we receive your detailed requirements and quantity, we will provide a comprehensive quotation with freight and lead time.
